Lugana

It's color is light straw-yellow with green reflexes; its aroma is a delicate, subtle mix of floral and almond notes; its taste is harmonious, rich, defined, tight and luscious. Lugana wine is a perfect aperitif and matching with Italian antipasti and fishes like lake whitefish and pike. 


Bardolino Classico

Bardolino is ruby red, full-bodied and very perfumed. It’s a perfect matching with mature cheese and braised meat as well as a great meditation wine.


Chiaretto 

It is the ideal matching with fish, white meat, antipasti, vegetables and cold cuts. It is suggested as aperitif. 


San Martino della Battaglia 

San Martino della Battaglia is a dry wine with floral notes tipical of this grape variety. It distinguishes itself by its acidity, ideal to be matched with aperitivi,  light lunch and delicate flavor that exalt the nice Tocai aroma.

The Garda Lake area is extremely reach of olive trees, which produce a really delicate oil with an almond aftertaste, a fruity perfume and an intense green color. Its taste is enhanced by the matching with starters, meat, fish and vegetables.

LAKE FISH

Lovers of fish cuisine can taste the different species of fish present in Garda Lake. In particular they can have eels, pikes, chubs, tenches, perches, sardines and lake whitefishes/whitefishes. The eel is tipically grilled, the pike can be matched with a tasty sauce on warm “polenta”, the chub becomes a nice fishball, whereas the tench dresses a very good risotto. The perch filet can be browned in olive oil, the sardines are cooked in “saor”, grilled or as dressing of pasta and whitefish are grilled.
